Washer Fluid Level Warning Switch Circuit |
DESCRIPTION
When the volume of washer fluid decreases below a certain level (when the washer fluid level warning switch is turned ON), the combination meter warns the driver through the master warning light illumination, and the warning message on the multi-information display*.

READ VALUE USING TECHSTREAM (WASHER FLUID LEVEL WARNING SWITCH) |
(a) Connect the Techstream to the DLC3.
(b) Turn the ignition switch to ON.
(c) Turn the Techstream on.
(d) Enter the following menus: Body Electrical / Combination Meter / Data List.
(e) According to the display on the Techstream, read the Data List.

INSPECT WASHER FLUID LEVEL WARNING SWITCH ASSEMBLY |
|
(a) Disconnect the A31 washer fluid level warning switch connector. |
(b) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.

(c) Reconnect the washer fluid level warning switch connector.

CHECK HARNESS AND CONNECTOR (WASHER FLUID LEVEL WARNING SWITCH - COMBINATION METER) |

(a) Disconnect the A31 washer fluid level warning switch connector. |
(b) Disconnect the H37 combination meter connector.
(c) Measure the resistance according to the value(s) in the table below.
